System Analyst
Job Description: (System Analyst)
• Working closely with the client, analysts examine existing business models and flows of data, discuss their findings with the client, and design an appropriate improved IT solution.
• Produce outline designs and costing of new IT systems, specifying the operations the system will perform, and the way data will be viewed by the user, present their design to the client and, once it is approved, work closely with the client team to implement the solution.
• Study, analyze and design Systems Solutions that improve the business efficiency and productivity.
• Responsible for the detailed analysis, functional specifications and assessment of existing financial package and supporting developers in the development tasks.
• Solutions should conform to the company’s Systems standards, IT Industry Best Practice and aligned with the business objectives.
• Should provide a full System Analysis function that enables developing projects/changes that improve business efficiency and productivity
• Work closely with the developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
• Support in creating system design model that fulfils the business and system requirements.
• Technically test development solutions. Deliver project documentation and test guidelines to support the business testing.
• The work might be for an external client or an internal client (such as a department within the same organization).
Skills
• Experience in Data & Function Modeling
• Knowledge in System Analysis Methodology
• Excellent skills on user requirements study and application designs
• Able to work under pressure.
• Solid Experience in analyzing ERP projects is a must
• Technical background in developing solutions is a plus and especially using Microsoft .NET
• Technical background in developing local ERP solutions is a must and especially using Microsoft .NET
Other Skills:
• Logical approach to the solution of problems
• Good conceptual ability and skills in analysis and problem solving
• Good knowledge for Object Oriented concepts
• Good Knowledge for .Net framework, web development and RDBMS Experience in S/W Analysis and Design
• Experience in UML Diagrams and Tools
• Experience in DB Conceptual/Physical
• Design (ERD/DDL) Automated testing tools experience is a plus
Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.

• Certifications and training courses in the field is a plus

Senior Export Officer is required for Egyptian company in the field of glasses
Experience: 3-5 years
• Experience in export and market research.
Languages: Very good in French is a must
Very good in English
Tasks &duties:
• Conducts
market analysis of international business environment relating to the
glass manufacturing industry including Potential Entrants, Buyers,
Suppliers, Substitutes and Current Competitors.
• Translate
findings related to market research and analysis into service
opportunities in existing and new markets and determine the indicators
that might positively or negatively affect the company’s future
operations.
• Develops and maintains an accurate database
including all details and information related to the company competitors
such as the strategic position of major competitors, their assets,
planned investment, and expansion plans, etc.
• Develops a competitive product pricing strategy with top management and ensures its execution.
• Participates in international exhibitions to contribute in building the company’s brand identity among its targeted clients.
• Ensures
customer retention and development through continuous monitoring of the
customer satisfaction surveys (including product quality, price, etc)
and ensure that appropriate actions are taken with regards to the
results of the surveys.
• Ensures the accuracy, quality and efficiency of proposals submitted to targeted clients.
• Creates a desired and distinguishable company image in the market and develops brand equity.
•
Ensures the distinctiveness of the company’s products among competitors
according to quality standards and client satisfaction.
•
Monitors the process of product distribution, design distribution
channels and provides guidance on how to widen this process to cover up
existing/potential markets.
• Monitors the database of
existing and potential customers’ profiles’ and contact persons, and
provides guidance on how to approach potential clients and how to retain
existing ones.
• Ensures the communication and following up with existing/potential customers with current updates within the company.
• Ensures the quality of presentations and demonstrations to existing/potential clients.
• Responsible for receiving export orders through MGM web-site and other business-to-business websites.
• Implements credit and collections policy and procedures in co-ordination with Accounting.
• Other skills: Planning and follow up skills.
• Knowledge of product distribution, quality, customer segmentation and pricing.
• Ability to interact with global clients at all levels of management to develop new business.
